Leadership and Collaboration

I understand the importance of collaboration between students, families, colleagues, and other professionals in the school and the impact of this in all students’ education.

The greater the involvement of every important adult in the students’ lives where each student’s education is concerned, the higher the likelihood of student success.

I strive to collaborate with all of these important individuals to be the best educator I can be, and to help my students achieve excellence.

Our “team” dressed up as the Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus for Halloween, at the suggestion of a student. I include this photograph because I truly believe in and celebrate the building and sustaining of positive relationships with colleagues. I seek to cultivate rapport, trust, and embracing with those working with or alongside me the joy of being blessed to share in the journey of influencing young lives. This is an elemental building block to co-creating an environment of thriving partnership!
